Online registration will support both payment by credit card and payment by wire transfer. Information on obtaining a US Visa and details on our official refund policy will be updated on this website in the by the time registration is available.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be processed prior to June 5, 2014 for a full refund, less a $50.00 USD registration refund transaction fee. All requests must be submitted in writing, via email, fax, or postal mail. No refunds will be issued after June 5, 2014, with the exception of visa denials. We will issue full refunds up to the time of the Congress for those that are denied a visa to enter the U.S., provided the registrant can provide proof of declination from the U.S. State Department/U.S. Embassies. Please note that you are responsible for cancelling any other reservations (airfare, hotels, etc.) you may have made in preparation for the conference. IUFRO/Congress hosts are not responsible for any fees associated with those cancellations.
